The selected candidate will join the St. Norbert College community at an exciting time, as the college’s strategic plan is focused on significantly and strategically enhancing the student learning experience. The Vice President for Student Affairs is a newly designed position, developed to help the college enhance an already-vibrant student experience and improve on the strong record of student engagement, retention, and completion. St. Norbert College is seeking an innovative thought-leader who can provide strategic and visionary leadership to address pressing higher education concerns, and to work as a co-architect of the student experience alongside the vice president for academic affairs. This chief student affairs officer will propel the division into the future, developing a rich student-centered experience grounded in the college’s mission and core traditions.
