As a member of the Mission Engagement team in the Division of Mission Integration, the Training & Development Specialist – Mission brings Gonzaga’s Catholic, Jesuit, humanistic mission to life through targeted training and development opportunities for faculty, staff and administrators.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver a robust mission engagement portfolio: Provide diverse offerings including multi-year formation cohort programs, mission orientation, workshops, reading and discussion groups, and spirituality activities.
- Provide support and accompaniment: Work alongside university colleagues and departments on mission-related projects, consultations, and professional development.
- Apply Ignatian pedagogy and spirituality: Draw on knowledge of Jesuit, Catholic education to integrate Ignatian principles into professional practice, guiding employees in aligning with the mission in meaningful ways.

This is a full-time (40-hour/week) 11-month position on campus in Spokane, Washington.
Anticipated salary range: The budgeted annual salary range that the University reasonably expects to offer for this position is $54,640-$63,151 annually.
