The Director, Campus Ministry is responsible for providing management and oversight of all ministry programs and efforts directed toward students of the university to help them grow in their adult faith and create a religiously vibrant campus community. This role serves as a member of the senior leadership team within the office. Being a Catholic, active in her or his faith, and competent in working with people of many cultures, ethnicities and religious traditions is required. Also required is an understanding of the Jesuit and Catholic traditions of higher education, an understanding of Ignatian spirituality, knowledge of Catholic social teaching and a commitment to issues of social justice. This role is responsible for the development and management of staff.
