We form college graduates to serve as full-time teachers in underserved Catholic schools across the country. Over the course of two years, our teachers earn a cost-free M.Ed. from Notre Dame, professional training, and state licensure. They live in intentional communities and have opportunities for spiritual development and mentorship.
