• Partnership Development: Identify, recruit, and support nonprofit partner agencies.
•Organizational and Program Management: Oversee program operations, including budgets,
finances, and maintaining the constituent database.
• Fundraising: Foster relationships with stakeholders to support philanthropic efforts.
•Promotion: Engage the community through social media, public speaking, and publications.
•Diversity, Inclusion, and Belonging: Work effectively with diverse groups in Baltimore.
•Social Justice: Demonstrate a commitment to addressing poverty-related issues.
•Faith Formation: Support Catholic adult faith formation and Catholic social teaching.
