In alignment with the 2019 Chapter Mandate, which calls the Community to “work
with passion for justice, peace, and the integrity of creation,” the USA-Haiti Province
of the Religious of Jesus and Mary seeks an Executive Director to actualize their vision
for the Bethany campus in Highland Mills, New York.
The vision is to transform Bethany into an exemplary center for integral ecological education.
This pivotal role is established to ensure the sustainability and generativity of the RJM
mission. The Provincial Leadership Team has identified the need for innovative
structures, creative programming, and robust community partnerships to realize this
vision of exceptional integral ecological education into the future. The Executive
Director will play a critical role in unifying this vision and ensuring the long-term
sustainability of the campus including the activities of Thevenet Montessori School
and the Care for Creation at Bethany committee.
