The Assistant Director of Outreach (ADO) creates and oversees activities that deepen the faith lives of students from diverse cultural and faith backgrounds with a particular focus on Latino, Black and Asian student needs. The ADO must work to build relationships so as to understand and accompany Catholic students as well as those from other faith traditions as they grow in faith. Particularly, the ADO must genuinely engage with Latino young adults, supporting and encouraging them to become active participants and leaders in the Catholic Church.
