This position, under the supervision of the Director of Education and Outreach, provides technical assistance and coordination for all departmental forms of communications in collaboration with the Department of Communications, including maintaining and updating web pages, databases, e-mail efforts, Zoom meetings, webinars, document inventories, other written materials, and communication and outreach resources. The Program Associate also prepares and implements conference exhibits, designs templates for departmental resources and marketing materials, and trains departmental staff for consistent and effective use of communications vehicles. The Outreach and Information Associate works with the Office of Government Relations to post USCCB action alerts and demonstrates shared qualities of effectiveness in all work interactions.

Education Level: Bachelor’s degree or combination of college-level course work and related experience Major Field/Specialty: Communications, information technology, or related field Experience that demonstrates attention to detail, accuracy, and follow-through. Ability to work well with others, handle multiple tasks, and change priorities under tight deadlines. Spanish is desirable for three years of related experience.
