Marymount School of New York seeks a religious studies department chair who could teach any of the Upper School offerings, particularly World Religions and Scripture. The department chair collaborates extensively with the Director of Mission and Ministry in support of the School's spiritual life and sacramental programs, including campus ministry, rituals, liturgies, retreats, and the fostering of Catholic and RSHM values among girls of various faith traditions. Teaching experience and a master’s degree in theology, divinity, or equivalent is required. Experience with Catholic youth ministry and sacramental catechesis is preferred.
