The Ignatian Volunteer Corps (IVC), a national, Jesuit-founded, Catholic nonprofit organization that engages with experienced adults (50+) to serve people experiencing poverty and marginalization, seeks a dynamic, mission-driven full-time Regional Director to lead and grow its Denver program.
The Regional Director provides overall leadership for the Denver region, including member recruitment and support, non-profit relationships, fundraising, and community engagement. This role is ideal for a self-starter who thrives in relationship-based work and is inspired by Catholic social teaching and Ignatian spirituality.
Key Responsibilities

Recruit, onboard, and support service corps members (age 50+)

Cultivate and sustain relationships with nonprofit partner agencies

Lead regional fundraising efforts and donor cultivation

Oversee regional operations, including budgeting, financial management, and office administration

Promote IVC through public speaking, social media, website content, and community outreach

Build collaborative relationships across diverse communities in the Denver area

Foster faith-sharing and reflection rooted in Catholic tradition and Ignatian spirituality

Ensure alignment with IVC’s national mission and standards
Qualifications
The successful candidate will demonstrate:

Experience in program leadership

Fundraising and relationship development skills

Strong organizational and financial management ability

Comfort with technology and digital communication platforms

Excellent communication and public speaking skills

Commitment to serving people experiencing poverty

Knowledge of or openness to adult Catholic faith formation and Ignatian spirituality

Ability to work independently while collaborating with and reporting to the national staff.
