The role of the Executive Director is to provide strategic leadership and assume supervisory responsibility of interdepartmental collaboration among a minimum of five departments. This is a full-time position. Qualified candidates possess an understanding of the mission and charism of SSND, familiarity with and ability to function within the framework of a Catholic faith-based institution, a minimum of seven years in a management leadership position, and demonstrated commitment to building a culture of diversity, equity, and inclusion.
