The College of the Holy Cross seeks an experienced, imaginative & highly collaborative individual to serve as Vice President for Institutional Mission & Ministry (VPIMM). VPIMM will be a highly visible & engaged member of the Holy Cross community & a key player in decisions at the executive level who will bring a combination of pastoral, strategic & organizational skills

VPIMM has oversight for the development of policies & programs related to the Catholic & Jesuit identity of the College, calling forth & seeking to inspire the entire College community to engage one another & the wider world in ways that promote the mission of Holy Cross as a Catholic, Jesuit & liberal arts college. At a Jesuit institution where interreligious understanding is valued & promoted, where many members belong to other religious traditions or no organized religious tradition, VPIMM must lead in a manner sensitive to the diversity of the community. The VPIMM perspectives & programming must be respectful, promote dialogue, & educate our members to diverse ways of worship, belief & practice, & thoughtfully engage those with no religious affiliation.

One of the nation’s leading liberal arts institutions, Holy Cross offers an academically rigorous, personalized undergraduate education in the Jesuit tradition. Founded in 1843, the campus is home to 3,100 students in a warm community that values intelligence, passion, discernment, & civic engagement. For full description see:
