Creighton University’s Deglman Center for Ignatian Spirituality seeks a creative, collaborative and detail-oriented pastoral minister inspired by the riches of Ignatian spirituality to serve as Assistant Director for Online Ministries and Ignatian Retreats. The Assistant Director is responsible for executing a vision for Creighton University’s Online Ministries, a long-standing digital ministry, with global reach and overseeing the successful implementation of six annual 3-day silent directed Ignatian retreats hosted at Creighton University’s Retreat Center. Successful candidates will have a Master’s degree in Divinity, Theology, Ministry or a related field and, ideally, training and experience as a spiritual director.
